Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on March 24, 2022 found that Home Care Assistance of Pennsylvania LLC had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa.Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on January 27, 2022.

The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on January 27, 2022.
